  Be careful going here… not once, not twice, not three, BUT FOUR times in a row have I gone here and my order is either missing items, or the very slight modifications I make on two items seem to ALWAYS be missed. You then ask for replacements or the missing item and all you get it is an okay. Nothing along the lines of we are sorry for that or anything. Will gladly drive to the other location in town where I have never had an issue.

  The last two times I went here, I ordered a chicken quesadilla. The first time I got 3 taco supremes, no quesadilla. Today, I got the quesadilla…but it didn’t have chicken. What the actual? If you go here, take the extra time to check your order.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell drive-thru. The employee taking my order was extremely rude and had no basic manners. On top of that, he appeared to be intoxicated, which made the whole situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. It felt like customer service was the last thing on his mind. I understand everyone has bad days, but this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with customers. Management seriously needs to address this issue to ensure a safer and more respectful environment. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
