Didn’t get a receipt, and the chicken tenders I got were not fresh at all, they were warm but rubbery and over-cooked. Yikes.

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food place. Management doesn’t speak any English, so she literally just let her employee threaten me in the drive through and did nothing about it… Is this real life? Yall should be ashamed and both should be fired. Calling management tomorrow

The lady said 'gimme a minute' the second we got to the window and we then proceeded to wait for 10 minutes before deciding to just leave. And then today when we went we waited for about 3 min before the lady even said anything then she proceeded to again say 'gimme a minute' and take another 5 and she kept repeating the wrong order back to us so we had to repeat ourselves multiple times unnecessarily and when we got to the window she gave us the wrong order entirely, didn't give us any straws and she ripped our receipt completely so i can't even tell what she rang up on the machine she very well could've rang it up correctly and we paid for thing we did not get. -5/10 experience, your workers need to be reevaluated on weather or not they should actually have been hired at all.
