  This is the second time that we’ve called about a wait and have been told there wasn’t one and came in to every table being packed, and a 45m to one hour wait. Not sure if they’re a little confused on the question, or if the worker is unable to answer correctly for another reason but when I asked her what wasn’t clear she just stared at me lol.

  We reserved space enough for a party of 20, and we ended up having 4 extra show up. The staff at Outback were amazing and accommodated us for that. Our food was absolutely amazing, not one mistake was made on all of the orders we had and the service on top of everything was absolutely amazing. Everyone in our party left happy, full and with A big smile. I have not one complaint, my son had an amazing birthday dinner, and we will definitely be back to Outback!

  Went on February 19 for a birthday lunch we got there and was waiting in line to be seated the hostess asked who was next I said I am the other lady got upset and rude we got seated before her and. The older lady the hostess she was so flipping rude and disrespectful. ordered French dressing no one said it hot and spicy who makes a French dressing spicy the burger was well done but it was overly well it was overly done couldn't even eat it . This is the second time we had a issue with this location not sure about this location they definitely need a new daytime hostess someone who is more respectful and has customer service skills

  Tonight was the night after Valentines Day so the restaurant was very busy. Our server was very good. Our salads came quickly but the entrees took almost an hour to come out. My wife had the filet and lobster and she enjoyed it very much.unfortunately I ordered the 12oz Prime Rib. It came out medium rare as requested but was so tough that it was almost impossible to cut much less eat.The server apologized and I told her that since we had already been waiting for over an hour. I didn’t want to order anything else. She said that she would have the manager come to speak with us but he NEVER DID. They did not charge us for the uneaten Prime Rib but it did not make for a very pleasant Valentine dinner as I watched my wife eat her meal.I have eaten at Outback for many years but I think this time might be my last. The fact that the manager threw our server under the bus by not addressing the issue personally was very cowardly.Our server was still tipped generously because she alone had to address a situation that she had no control over.I guess that hospitality is no longer important in a corporate chain restaurant.So very sad.

  Terrible! I would give it ZERO stars if I could. I ordered a Blooming Onion, Ribeye meal with baked potato and Caesar salad as side, a center cut meal with fries and mashed potatoes as sides, a Quarterback burger with fries and a kids cheeseburger with fries meal through a delivery service for Valentine's Day dinner. We received the blooming onion, just the Quarterback burger - no fries, a Cesar salad that was a side to the ribeye, bread and butter, and the toppings to the potatoes. Nothing else. Called the delivery driver and he said that's what they gave them and it was really busy. I called the restaurant and was put on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to the manager, at that time was told it was really busy by person answering the phone. Manager never came, I hung up and called again just to be placed on hold to speak to the manager who never came. The second time I called, the same girl said she sees the manager and will go get her before placing me on hold a second time. Still haven't spoken to anyone about this - terrible customer service. I understand it was a busy night but Valentine's Day happens every year, so no surprise on what the night will be - busy, and I work in the restaurant industry with delivery service - I know how it goes from start to finish. They clearly did not have a system set up to handle the busy night and no management to handle issues, unless the manager was putting put out fires all night on the floor which prevented her from talking to me on the phone. Extremely disappointed that instead of having a nice steak dinner, I had to drive to McDonalds to feed my kids since they didn't get what they ordered at 8:30 PM. Never again!
