I thought it was an accident so i still said thank you and she gave me a dirty look and said “mhm.” in a mean way. i never write bad reviews but i have never been treated this badly from a service member.

Either change the design or extend the canopy so all the water doesn't pour into the middle of all the vehicles rolling through your drive-thru. I even had water splash inside my car
