Will discuss this with management and get my refund. It appears that they tried to put me into a voicemail jail and take the phone off the hook. I specifically asked for no ketchup, mustard, pickles, and they added extra totally missing the point I then asked for a refund or someway to fix this and they just set the phone on the counter

I should still be able to order a Diet Coke that gets to my hand as a Diet Coke Not the case, on multiple occasions I've ordered that drink and received a Coke instead. For most, not the end of the world and for my gf, possible fainting and confirmations due to dumping syndrome from bariatric surgery. Just ... Do better guys.
