  This location is generally pretty good, but last week I got a worker who was stingy. She seemed new, and was so careful about how much she put in the bowl. Mehh. The salsa guy was generous... But I'm here for the meat and beans!

  Employees were nice, as i got to the cashier i got upcharged $10, i paid then noticed, i told the guy and he said let me get my manager, couple minutes later i allegedly am told i got refunded, so i brushed it off, i got home and guess what, no refund, place was extremly dirty, service was extremly slow, i waited 20 MINUTES just to order, yes the employees are nice but that shouldnt mean everything else cannot be as normal, I will never return to this location again, im advising everyone the same

  Every door dash order we place from this location is always screwed up. Every single time. Unfortunately it’s the only chipotle within our delivery area…. But it’s like their employees just don’t care at all. Every order is screwed up on multiple levels.

  I ordered online for a 6:50pm pickup. I got there a few minutes after the pickup time. I understand when people are busy, you may have to wait. I asked where the online orders are? No one seemed to know. Then one said, Here. We'll put them here. But there's not any. After a few minutes, someone else asked for my name. They hadn't started making it. That's ok. I can wait. They did start making it for me, even though there were some people in line. I have NEVER had such a skimpy quesadilla! Mostly tortilla! Seriously! Plus, they were out of fajitas. So I didn't get that inside of it either. And you get 3 sides. I was only given 2. How did that happen? I don't know if the employees were new? Overwhelmed? Or just not good at the job? I will not be going back to this location. At least not for a long time. Maybe they'll have a turnover of employees and it'll be better in the future. The employees were fine. Not rude or seemingly to dislike the job. There were a handful working at the time. Chipotle usually has a rhythm to the preparation line. They didn't have that here. The parking lot is very small. I had to wait for a spot to open up. Difficult getting a parking spot with so much snow. Many of the Chipotle parking lots are small. UPDATE; The owner reached out to me to fix the issue.

  Went to this spot 3 times and left all 3 of those times to a different one because the service is so bad and slow. Also their rice is always hard. Probably the worse chipotle Ive been to and I love that place
