Every dinner rush they refuse to have more than 3 people on the line .. and when I say three people on the line I mean 2 ... And one guy permanently glued to the register I work just at a different shop in the strip mall I can't even go to this place on a 30 minute lunch and get a burrito before my lunch ends could be Tuesday Monday Wednesday does not matter... I tried today couldn't do it I tried yesterday It took them 15 minutes to finish six bowls I just can't do it

My friends came to get some food after we played soccer so we came here cause it was cheap and good like the usual and we kept asking to get extra and the service was absolutely rushed and horrible. I ordered a burrito and it was smaller than a small water cup this is a disgrace on fonem grave

I wish I could post -0 on all !!! The store was nasty not 1 clean table food on all chairs! I didnt even want to eat in their but my son did! Now let's get to the food. Bones yes BONES in my son and I chicken. I reached out hopefully they take care of me and the situation!

I want to provide feedback hoping for improvement.
If I can give this place 0 stars, I would.
There is a repeat offender- she is of African/black descent, not the one that wears her school sweatshirt, she gives the best portions of protein.
But literally around 6-7 p.m., there was one African/black female that was the first of the line to serve food. There was no pleasant smile, and worse, when I asked for a double portion of protein, she skimped by picking up four pieces, as if it was nothing.
I know when people see her give poor portions protein, people feel uncomfortable asking for more to then receive to a few more pieces of proteins- it makes it hard to even ask for more, without being more uncomfortable than I already am.
If I am paying for a proper service with our hard-working money, please have some proper ethics, which means if you don't add the double portion, do not put the red plastic tag, as if you did.
There was a co-worker that is an Asian gentleman that caught that it was not a double-portion of food, so he removed the red tag. He is the real MVP for doing the right thing and I appreciate that he was polite - he made the experience better.
I ask that you train that first server properly on giving the customer the right service they deserve.
