  I just want to commend the employee that was working tonight by the name of Eric he made the situation right an item I ordered wasn't in stock and he supplemented it without even me asking making the issue at hand right just how customer service should be. I've been in the store many times and have seen him work flawlessly under pressure never never folding under the pressure and always delivering excellent customer service. Eric and the rest of the team members here do not get enough credit as they should be getting. Thank you for always being so pleasant and customer service friendly they deserve a raise

  Ordered a pizza for delivery the other day and the door dash driver messed up and went to the wrong address, he did never deliver my order, but that girl with the pink hair made it right and ill be back.

  Stopped in for a little lunch treat and was warmly welcomed by the staff! Sheri (the manager on duty) was a real sweetheart and took the time to personally greet me and other guests as they arrived, and let me know the status of my order. Service was quick, atmosphere was quiet & friendly, and the food was hot and delicious!

  While waiting in my car for my pizza, I saw the employee at the register taking a phone order while touching his hair and face. Right after finishing the call, he went straight to the back and took my pizza out of the oven without washing his hands. That was pretty concerning to see and not very sanitary.
