  Delivery order online never received it called the store to ask how long would it be? They told me it was gonna be a very long time. I asked for a refund. The guy told me that they were sending out a refund but I never received the email so I called back and when I called back they put me on hold. I called back again and I was placed on hold again and then someone picked up and hung up in my face after telling me that I could call back after a while and I still have yet to get my refund.

  Ordered on app to pick up in drive-thru. Told me to pull around since I ordered via app - so did as I was told. Waited for ~5 min behind a car. Then I was up next. He thought I had a different order then asked my name and closed window. I waited. And waited and waited. One guy was doing a lot of work making sandwiches as fast as possible but another lady was doing something further back - couldn’t see - and other young man (who asked my name) seemed to be just trying not to get in way. They helped a woman (who came in after I was at window) and I later saw her waiting. Another man came inside and ordered. It was prob 15 min now at this point. I knocked on window. The young men looked at me and ignored me. I wanted to just say forget about it! Like I don’t have time for this! But instead they ignored me and then I saw them give a sandwich to a guy who came inside after me. Like I was first! I ordered ahead too! My app says my order was ready 6 min after I ordered. No … heck no. I ordered at 6:24 and got there around 6:30, left at 6:55 with no sandwiches bc I was SO MAD… like tell me what the issue is!!!! I was patient up until about 6:50… then knocked to see what the issue was. Anyway, never again! I should have went to Jersey mikes - which I decided to stick with JJ - huge mistake.

  Went to grab a sandwich...mistake. The young female who took my order was fine. The guy who made the sandwich was sssllllloooowwww. He must hate his job. Instead of handing me my sandwich at the register...he laid it at the other end of the counter. Lame. The sandwich? A wisp of mediocre tuna, a few flecks of brownish lettuce. What more could I want? Needless to say..but...never again. Looking at the other reviews...corporate should drop in.

  Staff was needlessly rude, this is the second time I've had a terrible experience here and i hope I remember to never come back to this loction.

  I ordered my sandwich online only to get to the drive-thru and be told to wait at the front door 25 minutes later I walk into the store for my sandwich to be ready on the counter and they gave me shit about free chips
