  Food wasn't bad but messed up the order bad the first time messed up one of the sandwich a second time ,what terrible service and attitude

  No answer at DT, so I went to carhop spot. After six minutes someone finally answered.Ordered a double smasher, med cheddar peppers and jumbo cherry limeade, plus a $1.99 chicken wrap.Food took longer than expected but was quite tasty. Biggest surprise though was that the medium cheddar peppers only included five - leaving me to wonder how few come in a small. At $5.79 for the order plus tax, the peppers were more than $1 apiece.

  They make you wait in the drive the lane but people cut straight threw the window. Most of the time you hear loud rap music & the fries are always soggy NEVER crispy. It could be 1 pm3 or 8. Better go to Applebees with the amount of time your waiting

  I was actually picking up an order here for GrubHub. I can't say anything about the food but what I can say is sonics comment in the GrubHub app stated that I needed to go inside to pick up the order. The signs outside said that I needed to download the app in the instructions for picking up to order would be in the app. I couldn't find any instructions in the app so I went up to the building and they told me I needed to go through the drive-thru. Restaurants need to consider delivery drivers as customers. After all their customer sent me to get their food. A little communication goes a long ways.

  Orderd at 6:11 via doordash. Dasher #1 arives at 6:20 then drops dash at 6:35 because sonic hasn't brought out order Dasher #2 arrives at 6:40 then drops dash at 6:55 because sonic hasnt brought out order Dasher #3 arrives at like 7:03 waits 30 minutes to finally get my order at 7:25 only to deliver me two cheese burgers that's smothered in mayo tomato lettuce and onions when I should of Been only mustard and pickles. Along with a MELTED grape slush that should of been a mango and peach slush. What a freaking joke. Busy or not there was zero excuse for getting 3 out of the 4 things I ordered wrong and waiting so long to get it out to my dasher that my food gets cold and hard along with melted.
