- KKKat4 days ago1.0I'd give a zero if I could. Waited almost half hr at a stall no answer. Drivr thru they shut down their lights. Did an order on the app. Received my order.. or what I thought was my order to fine out not all the food was in there. :(. Short staffed and I know its hard management needs a little more attention at this location. The kid handing out food was symptomatic and sweet.

We watched two employees in the building and one employee outside smoking. No one ever helped us. So we went to the drive-thru. The soda machine didn’t work. Service was slow but the food was HOT and good.

Asked where it was and was told I never checked in (I did) and then they forgot food and we had to wait and other 20 minutes for a single plain cheese burger. Get a new manager maybe.

- ISIndi SingletonDec 11, 20251.0I asked for no cheese and no onion and what did I get? Cheese and onions. They stay giving you the wrong order. I don't know if the cooks just don't/can't speak/read English but they just give you whatever they want and don't even look at the receipt. I order from work and this just threw a wrench in my lunch.
