For starters I placed an order online for me and my significant other, and I had place curbside pickup. I spent over $50 and I specifically had put no onions on all of my sandwiches unfortunately there were onions on all the sandwiches and we are highly allergic to onions. Then the customer service was trash I literally called the store to tell them that I was outside and come to find out called in this morning the person that was working last night was actually one of the managers/supervisors it was the one who told me oh you can come inside and get it. Not to mention when I pulled up in front of the store the so-called manager was leaning on the counter on the phone granted there were no customers in the store.. just very rude.
This location has been my go-to spot for years, but I don't think I'll go back to a Jimmy John's ever again. The customer service at this location is awful. The person at the register won't communicate and always acts annoyed that you dared to order food. The best you'll get is a stone cold glare. The bread is stale and hard, and the sandwiches are sloppily thrown together with HANDFULS of lettuce. Not worth it. Save your money.

Several times I've ordered delivery and after 30 minutes I'd call for an update. Those times they would tell me there was no driver to deliver the sandwich. Why wouldn't they let a customer know if they can't complete an order. So what they were just planning on keeping my money? Last time this happened they offer to get a third party to deliver it for a delivery fee of 4.99 after my order already charged me 4.00 for delivery, so 9.99 to get my 11$ sandwich delivered.

I used to go here all the time, but one day I waited in the drive through line for over 40 mins to get 1 sandwich. And I was closed in by other cars so I couldn’t leave. I will not be going here again.

Freaky FAST, what Jimmy John's slogan is....
I tried to place an order online but keep getting an error stating I had an "invalid address" which was a obnoxiously long series of numbers, after several tries I just called the store....and the problem perpetuated!
I called the store, placed my order with a young female the she said to hold, I then over heard her say to an older male, hey...WE DONT HAVE ANY DRIVERS then the voices trailed off and there was silence. She got back on the phone, took my credit card info and I quote, "IT WILL BE THERE SHORTLY".
30MINS PASS...so much for FREAKY FAST, I called the store and asked about the status of my order and she goes, " we had to outsource a driver and my food is on the way". I hung up then got a text from UBER EATS, it said the ARRIVAL TIME WAS ANOTHER 30MINS, MAX WAS 1 HOUR!!!
I called back and told them to IMMEDIATELY CANCEL MY ORDER, I wasn't waiting for another 30mins and I did not agree for a 3rd party carrier which they did not originally infor me. The young female said the manager will have to call me back and I said NO,I want my order canceled immediately then the phone was dead air...I stayed on the phone heard random background noise then after over 3mins I was DISCONNECTED!!
Needless to say I immediately called my bank to dispute the change then 50mins pass and UBER EATS was 6 mins away which I replied my delivery was canceled!!
Unfortunately Columbia Heights has the WORST service in ever restaurant or fast food place ive been too but this place takes the cake!
Buyers beware..ill never come here or order here again!
