Dont go here. Just dont. Terrible service, the orders have been wrong more times than right. The workers shame you, they are snotty and then talk bad about the customers and management. The last time there after the 2 blizzards made wrong the third and the one I was given was like a milkshake. The one server was confrontational and refused to wait on me. Unbelievable that this is the best that they can do in Cold Spring, MN.

Ordered 1 large chocolate shake, I sat at the window more then. 7 minutes all while the shake was done, but the worker or the daytime manager thought it was more important to talk to a friend where u walk up and order inside rather then give what was ordered at the drive thrue window. I will never visit that store again. Apparently my money isn't good enough

If I could leave zero stars I would. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. I was disrespected and cut off while politely trying to order and told to pull forward. I got to the window after moving in a quick lane where I was ignored for 5 minutes. Then, when I asked to add to my order because I wasn’t finished, I was treated completely disrespectfully. Not only is their food poor, their service is worse. Don’t come here unless you wanted to be treated as less. The lady showed zero kindness.

The food was fine but I am SHOCKED at how horribly the owner was treating her employees! They were working really hard and she made me feel uncomfortable with how she was talking to them. I could see nothing that warranted such treatment. You can tell their work environment is very stressful for them.
