  Please tell the girl working she forgot to toast my chicken sub tonight. It was extremely slow there and no reason she should have missed this. My 20 dollar sub is now wasted

  This location is ridiculous to get to from the freeway. They cut off the road that used to lead to it, for some reason. I love a touch screen ordering situation- so that's why I went here- I needed to eat and my toddler shouldn't need to get out of the car in such cold weather for me to do that. Anyways, something major was apparently happening with the guy that was in the drive through before me. It took him probably fifteen minutes or so just to get his order and from what I saw it was a single sandwich. I got my order, a 6" spicy Italian, all the veggies, no cheese or sauce. The lady was nice enough, it was a brief encounter and I was on my way. I drive the 10 minutes home, it's pushing 2pm and I haven't eaten so I am EXCITED to eat. I take the sandwich from the bag and literally say out loud, "you gotta be kidding me!" This thing is smaller than a cheap $2 burrito at Taco Bell. Like, ridiculously small. Usually, when I get a sub, I get all the veggies and it's filling and is more than 2" wide... this is pathetic and left me still hungry! I can't believe this cost nearly $9. What a serious waste. I didn't expect much from Subway, it's gone crazy downhill from it hey day... but really? At least paying for Chipotle at $15 can literally feed me twice-this didn't feed me once! Truly disappointed.

  Horrible place gave me piece of turkey and a slice of undercooked bacon. Then they Didn't want to refund me. Waited 15mins for him to text back and forth with his boss to see if it was ok to refund 🙄

  We have had a couple of not so good experiences at Subways in the past, but this store was excellent. Fast, friendly service and a very clean atmosphere. Food was great.

  Only one employee working here. We waited 30 mins to get our subs. Few cars in drive thru too. Owner needs to come in and help this poor guy or hire more employees
