  Okay now, This is two days in a row it that it has taken over 10 minutes to be acknowledged for my order to be taken. There have been 3 girls working both days & yet they refuse to make eye contact with you or acknowledge your existence. The coffee flavor is spectacular so I continue to go back, however the customer service needs some definite improvement. Just look up and say one moment please. Do Not pretend like I don’t exist & hope l walk away from complete irritation. I hope this is read and there is some communication that happens to correct this. You used to my by favorite coffee place. Please try to do better

  Inside Coborns. Nice little area to sit inside, and outside (in summer). I ordered a cappucino and unfortunately got a latte (there IS a difference). I told staff and they remade my drink and it was perfect and they were nice about it. So i appreciated that :) I would love to give more stars, but I really can't since my drink wasn't correct. Thank goodness I was in store and not in the drivethru, so I could get it fixed. This seems to be an issue at most caribou unfortunately- staff not knowing the difference between the two drinks.

  I wish zero stars was an option. Don't go through this drive thru with a truck/confidence they will try and ruin your day, after asking for a manager they wouldn't tell me when they'll be there next I had to go through their corporate office to get a response. Now I know why, the manager condones bad behavior and tried to cover for the bad service by trying to say it was a misunderstanding, no one starts a conversation with a bad attitude while getting your order wrong and saying it's the customers fault and get justified as a misunderstanding. When the manager finally reached out and told me the team member did nothing wrong the manager went further by saying this team member is one of the best. I told the manager if that's the case it shows a lot of her managerial skills and she told me she is very good and proud of her skills at being a manager will the review before mine is claiming you almost killed them twice, I think the manager and the whole team should be replaced before their egos actually kills someone. Thank you Caribou but I'd do something about this location ASAP

  I feel all warm & cosy inside with my Lg hot mocha coffee from Clearwater, Mn. The people are so kind.
