  I had ordered a 4 piece tender basket with gravy. The lady taking my order did not seem to be in the best of moods and came off very short. When I got my food after a long wait, I had 4 of the tiniest tenders known to man. I was able to eat them in 2 bites each. The fries were cold and there was only a small handful in the box. Very disappointing after the wait.

  Service very slow, even when it isn't busy. Can't get order right. Ordered original chicken strips, got spicy chicken strips, ordered ranch, got honey mustard. have the receipt, it was entered correctly.

  If I could give it a ZERO STAR I WOULD! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this Dairy Queen. I should’ve went to the one on 10 like I initially wanted to. My food was cold and they gave me about 10 fries! This was after I had my order re done! As stated I had my order redone and it was less fries. The guy in the back seemed like he didn’t wanna re make a mistake HE MADE! This is my second and LAST TIME going to this location. They were out of multiple things including ICECREAM! That’s the whole purpose of Dairy Queen! Let’s just say I’ll never be back to this Dairy Queen it’s the worst I’ve ever been to!

  I visited on 3/12, there was one vehicle in front of me, no vehicles behind me and only two cars total in the parking lot. The person who took my order wouldn’t let me finish my sentence before asking “is there anything else.” I ordered a blizzard with some customizations that were an up charge. I get the blizzard, take my first bite after I left the drive thru and the uncharged customizations were not in the blizzard. I went back through the drive thru, they said they would remake it and to pull around to the window. The one girl with facial piercings stood at the window and stared at me, no greeting, no opening the window. Just a simple sorry with no facial expression when she handed me the remade blizzard. What happened to friendly customer service? A smile goes a long way in customer service. A little bit of friendly conversation goes a long way in customer service. I would leave zero stars if I could but that’s not an option. Skip this location and travel to Annandale or the red barn off Highway 10! The automated response from the owner says they care about improving service based off customer feedback, that doesn’t seem to be true by looking at the reviews.

  They put the HOT FUDGE in hot fudge sundae 🍨 😋!!!!!!! Never even asked for extra hot fudge!!!
