I was still treated with respect and they made my order was out any attitude or evil looks like some people might give if you walked in right before close.

I have seen this guy work alone countless times, and even when there is a line, he maintains his professionalism, and also keeps his friendly demeanor. He is always kind and thoughtful. He is literally running this place on his own. I really hope they pay him the amount they would normally pay a 3 person staff. He is literally doing the job of 3 people!
