The young man helped us and had to wait for the Manger to advise him what to do as the order with our make ticket was not even ours. The younger man started our order over. The manager had some words "you need to wait if people are standing here until these orders are complete." I'm sorry but pretty sure you Mr. MANAGER were the one who put them on the stand. So, kuddos to the young man who did his job with his head down and made sure our food was right. If I had the cash you would've received the extra tip. Keep your Managers in check Subway. Speaking to your team in front of guests is not polite or professional when their trying to fix what you should have.

The customer service was awful, the ice machine was down and when i dispensed soda from the pop machine, my cup was full with specs of black mold from dirty pop nozzles. When I told the worker what happened, he just answered with “thats not my problem, i can’t help you.” Honestly don’t even know how the guy got the job from how idiotic he was. DO BETTER!!
