  Waited 30 minutes in line just for the checkout to be extremely rude and walked away mid transaction so I couldn’t even pay for the food I wanted. Place has gone downhill

  Wendys as a chain has gotten worse food quality wise. That's the big wigs fault not the kind workers. This location does a really great job with what they are given and the fee Wendys items that still hold up are always good here.

  Got a bacconator combo asked for no ketchup and mayo on the side. Got the mayo on the side which is great but there was also ketchup on it which I didnt want. I also bought a 2026 key chain for a free Jr frosty with food purchase for the year and I got a 2025 one which is now pointless...

  Just had the worst Wendy’s experience of my life :/ Is it just that you order a biggie bag and they assume you’re cheap and have no self respect so they give you the worst food? The Diet Coke did not have enough syrup/flavoring in it and I couldn’t tell since it was dark outside. When I tasted it, I immediately knew something was off so I turned on my lights and could see it was not the right color… It basically tasted like caramel colored soda water, no sweetness at all The fries were completely cold and seemed like they had been pulled from the fryer a long time ago, not fresh whatsoever. They told me the frosty machine was down for cleaning so no frosty for me :/ The burger itself was the worst bc it was truly cold. The cheese wasn’t melted at all and the spread of the ingredients was just sad (see pic). I’m glad I had ranch to dip it in bc the bun and meat were both dry. It really seemed like this burger was sitting in a cooler, not fresh made. The spicy nuggets were ok. They were also not hot or fresh but at least not cold like the burger. All around, one of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve ever had in my life and I’m really disappointed bc I felt like this Wendy’s used to be reliably good.
