  Beware the employees will "forget" to give your CC back, it happened to my husband and to me in 2 separate occasions. I've been a regular costumer for the last 8 years no complaints until an employee ruined the experience and I wont be returning. Latina employee in her 30s or 40s, very rude, entitled and combative. No costumer should have to experience this type of treatment. The moment I walked in to get my CC the big rude employee talked very fast telling me they have been accused before of stealing Credit cards and one time the police came in with a costumer. I assured her I was there to pick up my card and I was not accusing them and I did not have the police with me, but they should take measures on giving the CC back to the Coatumer as soon as the transaction is complete to prevent issues. The entire time this employee kept talking over me and interrupting me which made the situation worse, the woman began insulting me when I told her she had a job as an employee to treat the costumers better. Who I think was the store manager was there I reminded him that I am a frequent client and this treatement was unacceptable, he did not say anything but tell the employee to shush which she never did. I currently have a case open with Wendys corporate and expect action is taken about this unptofessional behavior and their employees are trained about the importance of costumer service.

  To the people who ordered a three piece chicken strip meal with scorching hot sauce, I think they got our meals mixed up! Enjoy the extra 4th chicken strip and two extra sauce cups, on me. 🤑 Happy Halloween! 🎃

  Pretty good Wendy’s overall. The staff are friendly and the food’s usually fresh and hot. Drive-thru moves fast most of the time, but it can get a bit slow during lunch rush. The place is clean, though sometimes the dining area could use a quick wipe-down. Still, it’s one of the better fast food spots around Chanhassen.

  I went in to order food. Because my 94 year old mother needed a lunch before I had to work at 3p.m. And my mother was happy to have a lunch. I got my mother a chive baked potatoe with sour cream and butter. And I got her A four piece chicken nugget. I spent about $13.00 dollars. But she was happy to get it. And that she was able to take her medicine. She has to take medications to help with her health. Besides her age. Its not easy being an older senior. And that I dont want her to be with out a meal. So she can stay on schedule with her meds. And she has mobility problems. With her back hurting and having pinch nerves. The employees were friendly and very nice and getting me what I ordered for her. It made her feel better. And I stopped at luckys gas station to get her coffee on the way home. The visit was great and the place was clean It was good. Thank you

  I came through the drive thru at 9:45 and ordered a large amount. Your staff was amazing! I know it was probably a pain but I appreciate the food after a long day of school. Thank you so much. They deserve raises. You can tell they love people and there job
