  I have thought about writing this review for the last handful of years, and I think it's finally time. I don't enjoy writing this review, as I would like to see my favorite Chipotle location do well. This is one of the oldest Chipotle locations in the state, and upon a transfer of ownership more than a few years ago, it has lost its way from what used to be the best chipotle in town, to one of the worst. This Chipotle should be avoided. I have been a customer my entire life, and to see the gradual decline throughout the years has been disappointing. The food is very inconsistent, the portions have drastically shrank over time, the restaurant itself has always been dirty or not taken care of, which I was always willing to look past since the food was always consistent. This location continues to underperform in comparison to other Chipotle locations. I recommend everyone to take your business 10 minutes north down Chanhassen Road and 101 to the Minnetonka location, which is the most consistent and exemplary Chipotle location in all of Minnetonka, Chanhassen and Eden Prairie. The food is always fresh, the portions are what you pay for, the restaurant is always clean and the staff are kind. I would love to see this location begin to return to what it once was, but at this moment and the foreseeable future, I will not be returning.

  Accepted an Uber Eats order, drive 10 minutes to get to the store, and then waited 15 minutes inside the store for the order. Wasn’t even very busy. Asked the lady about the order and she said they were making it. 10 minutes later he comes out with 6 orders. If she knew I was waiting on a certain order she could’ve told them and brought it out when it was done, rather than just waiting until their whole stack of orders was ready. I’m not paid by the hour here. Time is money. Get on top of it when a driver is waiting. Ridiculous. Not the first time this has happened here either.

  They lady put my tortilla on the warming mechanism, but it definitely did not warm. It was a very cold tortilla, which ruined the enjoyment of the burrito.

  We order from this chipotle once a week because it’s close to our house. We always do pick up because it’s convenient for us. They forget something in every order, and my husband just brought home our food, and I was livid. My sad excuse for a burrito bowl… Chipotle what even is this? We will not be going back to this location ever again.

  I came here for my pre gym meal. I'm a regular or I was when I lived in Atlanta. I am not new to eating here. Why did the lady say more beans was extra? Even the lady cleaning next to her gave her a weird look. She was lying. Like am I too fat for you to serve me properly? I even walked over to a guy cleaning and asked about this extra charge for beans thing. He laughed and said he got me next time he's on the line because he's never heard of that. Why couldn't I just get my protein before the gym? Inspiring me to cook at home you fool! I'm also gonna be scathing in my review to chipotle corporate. Lady didn't give me the receipt so I had to snatch it off the printer. Just a nasty experience overall, will not be back. Ever. Lol.
