  They forgot my guacamole in my mobile order. The whole reason i went there. Plain chips with no gauc…… hard to find good help these days.

  This is the 3rd time I’ve gone to Chipotle by Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie and they are out of chips, or guacamole or salsa. I’be said “are you not open for another hour and a half? I can wait, how long does it take to cook chips?” Mam, I’m not going to do that? It was a busy night and we ran out early. Oh so that means you ran out of chips, guac, salsa, whatever the product may be at least 2 hours before closing and decided not to make anymore. I just don’t understand.

  We have given this Chipotle two chances, both times the food serving area was nasty with the different foods all mixed into the other foods so when they put your food choice into the burrito or bowl, you can see other particles of different foods….hopefully food 🤢, going into the food you are going to eat. The restaurant is disgusting because they don’t sweep or clean the tables. Forget getting a fork or spoon because everything is all mixed up and laying all over the counter. The containers where the forks and spoons should go, have liquid in the bottom of them. Hopefully you won’t have to use the bathroom or need to wash your hands because the bathrooms smell horrible and clearly haven’t been cleaned all day.

  This is the absolute BEST chipotle location! I come here for lunch/dinner almost everyday and the food is phenomenal! The staff are some of the kindest and most considerate people I’ve ever met! I’ve gotten to know them personally; Margarita, Mercedes, William, and Marcien are such incredible people with beautiful personalities. Each time I come in they always greet me and even remember my go-to order! It does not matter who is making my food, because it is equally perfect each and every time! I typically do not go out of my way to write reviews for any establishment, but I absolutely needed to share how great the hard-working people of Chanhassen Chipotle are. It’s truly amazing how much a group of kind-hearted and passionate individuals can impact others in such a positive way. I never thought I’d be writing such a heartfelt review about a restaurant, but it really is a testament to how wonderful of a place this is. I’d give an infinite amount of stars if I could! :)

  My son really enjoys eating Chipotle alot. But I only go there when I have the money to buy it. I usually always get him food there off and on. It depends when my son wants to have thier food. But he loves it alot. And I get it for a meal. Which is lunch time. I get take out order. And drive to dollar tree in shorewood. To give my son lunch. And I spend about $20.00 Dollars. And they do have parking. But when they place is busy in the area it's not alway easy to find a parking spot. Because alot of people go there to eat. And they do have eat in dinning as well as take out. Thank you.
