- LALaura AndersonFeb 8, 20242.0I wish this location had the same food offerings as the one that was across hwy 7. I stopped for an XL mocha today. Ordered ahead in the app. The young man at the window came out of the back room with my coffee. I didn't notice that the cup was a mess before I took a sip. Expecting a piping hot coffee but what I got was nowhere close to even warm. My first sip sent a whole coffee bean into my mouth. Yuck. I needed the coffee and was in a hurry so I didn't go back. Called and was told I could get a refund. Ok but I wanted coffee. I drank more of the coffee and seemed to get to the hot part when I noticed it was getting thick and chocolaty. I opened the lid and saw the bottom 2 inches of the cup was straight chocolate syrup. Please tell your staff to remake mistakes rather than "wing" it. I would have appreciated an apology and waited for a new drink.
