Asked for a refund and was told that they didn't know how to do that. Horrible to leave just one employee to do all that. I understand staffing issues as every place can have them, but this is ridiculous. Over an hour from first order to when we ate. Poor kid there tonight, he deserves better.

Walked in today and waited 10 minutes before anyone came up. Would have rated it a zero if I could... take the time to go to anoka subway across the river instead.
