  Messed our order up and made 0 attempt to rectify the matter. Only upside to the situation is I didn’t pay for the food. Don’t order here.

  Not ordering from Pizza Hut anymore. They are no longer using their own employees for delivery. Instead they're using 3rd party delivery services. From now on it's Dominos for us.

  Hands down cleanest pizza hut I ever been in and I showed up about an hour or 2 before close! Great customer service and the pizzas come out looking like a work of art. Shout out to Kyle and Hannah, you guys rock! I may live 30 mins away but I'm going out my way to come back here or anytime I'm at my mom's nearby you'll be seeing me! 💯👍🏻

  Tonight I placed an order at 6:06 and at 7:17. I called to find out where my pizza was. They say that they now paired up with t DoorDash to deliver my pizza and because it's cash they don't wanna come pick it up but the crazy thing is that no one called me to let me know this at all so we just sit here and wait and wait for our food to come, but I have to call them to see where my food is. So I'm assuming the manager answers the phone and he's making 300 different excuses to me that I don't care to hear when I order from them at least once a week. They obviously don't care about their customers if they return or not. That's OK I'll take my business elsewhere Pizza Hut, Champlin.
