    Absolutely awful customer service. My husband and I live in Texas and we ordered a secret menu item called the Mcgang bang and we’ve ordered it multiple times and got it no problem.. well the manager yelled at us saying we were “harassing” the employee and we explained that we order it in Texas and she said “well you aren’t in Texas are you ?” And was being completely rude and unreasonable with us even though we tried to explain what it is… she just interrupted us and didn’t let us explain at all. We weren’t in any way trying to be disrespectful we just have ordered that multiple times before ! Just so rude and inconsiderate of that manager.

    we went through the first time and they gave us nasty drinks, a ripped bag which made all of our fries dump EVERYWHERE. We then went through for a second time and got new drinks and new fries and a new bag. We are yet to try our food but the drinks tasted like straight chlorine. I even spit mine out. we ended up throwing the drinks away
