  They never have any drivers anymore and they put it through Uber, so my order always takes way longer. Whoever manages this place needs to get a grip. Ridiculous, get more drivers and do what you're known for? Freaky fast.. this location isn't busy enough to justify not having drivers.

  We used to love ordering from Jimmy John’s because they offered fast delivery. Now they use Uber which is far from fast. We ordered toasted sandwiches, but they are cold and obviously not toasted. We’re so disappointed and will be ordering from a different sandwich place from now on.

  I ordered through the app and had it delivered. I ordered a Coke with my combo and was delivered a Dr Pepper. Never have I ever drink Dr Pepper. Today is a first. Do better JJ.

  I ordered a #9 with mayo my email stated it but when I called the Mgr there told Ime on their end did not stated it. Informed him calling me a lier and no reply this is not the first time it was happen there. They suck. I will be not ordering their again and will go to jersey Mike's
