  They never have any drivers anymore and they put it through Uber, so my order always takes way longer. Whoever manages this place needs to get a grip. Ridiculous, get more drivers and do what you're known for? Freaky fast.. this location isn't busy enough to justify not having drivers.

  We used to love ordering from Jimmy John’s because they offered fast delivery. Now they use Uber which is far from fast. We ordered toasted sandwiches, but they are cold and obviously not toasted. We’re so disappointed and will be ordering from a different sandwich place from now on.

  I ordered through the app and had it delivered. I ordered a Coke with my combo and was delivered a Dr Pepper. Never have I ever drink Dr Pepper. Today is a first. Do better JJ.

  I should have read the reviews before I placed a delivery order. Just called as its been 60 min since I placed the order. Hmmm...still at the store. Only 1 driver. I see now that this is common practice for this location. Ugh...Wouldve been nice to know that on the app or somehow. Last time I will place with this location. WORST LOCATION EVER. THEY HIRE UBER EATS NOW & THE DRIVER MISSES 1/2 YOUR MEAL. ****thank you to the JJ driver that drove over my forgotten items. I really appreciated at least getting my dinner. Unfortunately I tipped the Uber eats driver
