  I open my bowl and ate some then I look at the top of the bowl and it was a bug! So disgusting.

  The service on Sun, Feb 8th 2026 between 1pm-230pm the old white lady and the young white lady at the cash register is so rude, disrespectful and racist to their customers. Will never come back her again.

  I’ve gone here many times over the years since it’s the closest location to my house. However I usually will drive further away to another location because every time I’ve ordered brown rice from this location it has been crunchy and hard and the food is overall never up to the standards held at other locations. You would think over a 2 year period there would be one visit where the rice has been perfected, but no. I’m leaning towards forever giving up on this specific location.

  I come here alot as its close to work and the food itself is not bad usually. The people working on the other hand can be soooo rude. They are so mad they have to work, its not everyone. Today the woman on the line said "I heard you what else do you want" in a very rude tone...when she hadnt even put the topping on the bowl. Then proceed to put the wrong topping on my bowl after being rude. Giving every customer a rude look while shes topping your food. I walked in smiling, and left wondering why people work in customer service if you cant be nice. This has happend quite a few times here in diffrent scenarios, thats why im finally leaving a review.
