    Had to seat ourselves, sat for about ten minutes, bartender watched us leave and said nothing.

    We just left Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. We waited in the half full bar for 35 minutes before we even got our drinks. I along with 3 other tables all went up to the bar to finally order drinks. We got our drinks 15min later. I ordered Hot Bbq boneless wings. They brought out mild wings with a side of Hot Bbq. I asked if I could return those and get hot Bbq. 5min later the exact same plate came back to me. We got to speak to a manager who comped my boneless, fine. But then she tried to double charge me for my wings that they never fixed. This place is ran by the absolute worst management I have ever run into. Buyer beware. -1/10 How the heck do you never once fix a wrong order?!?! Pathetic customer service

    We hadn’t dined here in a while, and not much has changed. The food was ok. Our server seemed disengaged, no drink refills and no plate service as expected. Overall, customer service could be better. We’ll likely take a break before returning.

    I’ve given this location multiple tries and this one was by far the worst. Ordered on the app and arrived at my “pick-up” time. Proceeded to wait another 20 mins past that to get my food. It’s a common theme at this location. There were 2 tables occupied inside and one other person waiting for a to-go order. There’s no reason it should take that long, and if it does- don’t promise a pick up time then.

    Looks like a typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Walked in and got seated by a nice hostess. Sat for 10 minutes without getting greeted by a waiter, while multiple staff were standing around and on a couple occasions, a staff walked by without saying anything or noticing that we did not even receive waters yet. This all happened while the restaurant was not even 50% filled. Crazy.
