  I have made 3 trips to Dairy Queen in Cass Lake, MN only to find that they are closed due to lack of food. I was assured that the food would be there the next day and naturally it was not there. I made the trip there one more time with the same results. I have since made it a point to call before I drive there. So far, I have called 4 times only to be told that they don't have a fish sandwich. Maybe next month, she said. This is ridiculous and most definitely is not good for Dairy Queens reputation. All I want is to get a DQ fish sandwich because when it's made right and delivered hot, it is the best one in the fast food industry!

  Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and what I got was pink slime nasty chicken nuggets, otta be a shamed of yourselves for even putting that in there. I ordered CHICKEN STRIPS not cheap rubbery chicken nuggets. If you run out of regular supply then stop selling it until you get more product. Unbelievable.

  Was a little nervous when I saw it was mostly run by teens. But they did a fantastic job. My food order was correct it was fresh and this is probably the best strawberry cheesecake Blizzard I've had in a long time

  The drink smelled like cleaner, with scum floating on top, there was no ice either, the guy taking the order had hands that were covered in what looked like axle grease, the burger ha the wrong sauce on it, the fries weren't terrible.
