  Staff is extremely slow and no sense of customer service whatsoever, no greeting, rude when asking questions about general things, overall just not good service, food is as expected for being fast food

  I think Wendy's has good chili and I always buy the large size but its really disappointing the last few times I have gone. Most times it's to the top which is what I would expect but lately I been getting a good whole cracker size height short, about 3/4 filled. It's been worse then this but I was still in Wendy's to have them fix it before, unfortunately I took this to go without checking before leaving Wendy's first. The picture below is without eating any yet, how sad.

  This place doesn’t even deserve a single star! As evident from other reviews before mine, it’s no surprise that the management is so poor. If management doesn’t set a good example, how can you expect the employees to do better? I had ordered something for pickup through the drive-through and noticed an error. When I went inside, I found employees standing around, looking at me. No one attended the front, and I was told that if I was a new client, they wouldn’t bother to help me. They neglected my business when I asked if someone would assist me or if everyone would stand around the lady who gave me the food. She gave me attitude and refused to correct the error. When I left, I wanted to get my money back for the time wasted and the hard work I put into earning it. I wanted to order again, but she refused to give me a refund. Please spend your money else where because the reviews state and it shows there is no Care for this location.
