    EDIT: Tried a second order on a different day and completely wrong to the order was inedible again. Do better Subway. What even happened to this location? Used drive thru. Made adjustments on my order before confirming. Pulled up and older lady goes "you guys originally clicked a kids menu right" (before confirming the menu to pull ahead)? Then threw her hands up in the air and says "I gotta... I gotta redo the whole thing it will be longer" shutting the window like it was our fault. At least the other worker was apologizing and had a better attitude! Order was wrong, menu items were in accurate. Asking for specific items NOT put on Sandwhich and they were. Making the food inedible and realizing after we got home. Horrible customer service, inability to follow visual order directions. Yikes.

    I would have left a review in their app, but they don’t have that option. I’ve always had bad service at this location, and today they didn’t give me my cookie with my order.

    Never got served or even acknowledged by the 4 different associates who walked past the drive threw window for 5 minutes. It wasn't busy but if it were, at least let your customer know you will be right back. Can't trust that I'll be back to work on time with this place sadly & I really like their food.
