  I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese and asked for mayo and a tomato to be added, I recieved a hamburger that was dry, no tomato, mayo was barely on the burger mostly on the side of the wrapper. I feel like if they put more time into customer service in their preparation of the food things would be great. It was very disappointing. Its not the first time that I have received food that was sitting for along time, not made correctly, had something taken off a sandwhich that had been sitting their already and given to me whatever...figure it out. Done eating there.

  Gotta love getting Parked if you order anything over 3 items but the lady in front of me orders one of everything on the menu and I get to sit In line for 15 minutes getting a bag of cold stale food. You people are running a Clown show

  On12/06/2025 I went through the drive thru at approx 1045pm. I ordered a 2 ranch snack wrap meal with a sprite and 2 cheese burgers extra pickles- there were about 5 cars ahead of me. When I pulled up to window where you pay I patiently waited for my receipt (I ordered through the app) I saw the young man walking back and forth cleaning up moving cardboard and stuff- I then seen him walk to back past the window and carried 2 snack wraps not even in wrappers yet up in his hands to hand to lady who was giving food. He then came to window after like 5 minutes and told me sorry for the wait gave me my receipt. As I drove home I ate the 2 snack wraps fries and sprite. The snack wraps appeared to be microwaved the cheese was completely melted and I could tell they were not fresh. I got home and the worst gut ache. I had a terrible gut ache all night! I got up and had explosive diarrhea and then I started projectile vomiting. I believe I got food poison from your gross food. I ended up throwing the cheese burgers away due to how nasty your snack wraps made me feel. ( I usually save the cheeseburgers for lunch) I will NEVER eat McDonald ever again. I suggest to anyone in Cambridge area this place is dirty! The employees are cleaning and touching food with the same hands and they don’t wash them. Then they microwave left over stale food. Avoid food poison and eat somewhere else. (I have never felt so terrible it was like a pit in my stomach for hours) I’d give you all -5 stars if I could.

  I go through the drive-through almost every morning and get the same thing large vanilla iced coffee with extra vanilla most of the people there in the morning know my order as soon as I say it i even get greeted before I even get to the window! They charge me $.55 cents and this manager has the audacity to tell me she’s going to charge me more. She’s the only one that has a problem with it. Hello I’m the customer and I’ve been coming through almost every morning for the last year! I can even tell you how much it is with extra vanilla $3.82 this lady is also rude and disrespectful. If I ask for more vanilla creamer just do ur job as a manager and put more in it don’t need to give me an attitude and tell me I will be paying more! Not a happy camper this morning and I will be contacting the main manager of this store because this lady is out of line and it’s not the first time!
