  Just called to order online because the app said “we’re having difficulty with online orders at the moment” first time I called I was hung up on after being greeted and answered with I’d like to place an order, second time I called I informed them I was using a gift card to pay and was put on hold so the manager could assist us, only to be transferred back to the main menu to restart the order I had already picked out. All I can say is LOL, this is a joke of a location

  To be estimated a 17-30 minute delivery and then get in over an hour is wild. Food is smashed by the box cause of delivery driver. Don't take two deliveries at once one to isanti and one to Harris at the same time while my order sits in the car and gets stale and cold it's bs everything about the way this store is operated is just wrong

  I ordered a pizza online it showed that the order was complete, but the pizza wasn’t delivered to my house, I called the store and the driver called me a liar and said he had delivered it, left it by my door and then I could just re-order and hung up on me. So I did just that and reordered I hope the delivery goes to the right address this time. Was very rude.

  50%. That seems to be the success rate of this store on not making errors. This time, the website glitch removed cheese from one side and my note never made it to the team who makes the food. Apparently. Last time I dont even remember but it was bad enough without me getting involved to get a free pizza. The time before that was a 30 minute wait that ended up at 2-1/2 hours. Just done with this location. Luckily, a new store just opened up closer to my home so this location will get no more of my business. The insane amount of errors and excuses is enough to make this place enough to never return. Update: tried one more time since Isanti location doesn't seem to be open yet. They forgot cheese on half the pizza again. To be fair, it stated no cheese because the system, when I added extra on one half somehow tells them to eliminate it from the other half. My fault for not double checking to make sure the website didn't have a strange glitch... The General Manager didn't offer any specifics as to why it happened, instead he accused me twice of "mis-clicking". At the end of the day, it was my fault for trusting this store again.
