  Great location to get the opposite of what you want.. ordered 2 burgers no cheese and got home and opened them up and sure enough cheese on both!!!

  Older Not Updated Wendys, straight out of the PizzaHut buffet red roof type. No Fusion C.C. machine here, old style soda fountain behind counter, which means you have to ask an employee for refills. This Wendy's has a roundabout way to get access to, not that conventional or convenient. The many times I have eaten here in last five years, I had hot, fresh Burgers and they take more time to prepare the food. Very clean locations, restrooms, no code needed. Overall, a decent location and retro style Wendy's was better than the Updated, horrible service and location in Richfield or Lyndale. Why do Wendy's need TELEVISIONS and a fake fireplace again?!

  This specific location is easily the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Both times I've gone here its been a horrible experience. First time had to wait over 20 minutes (not exaggerating) for 1 chicken wrap that we ordered ahead when we were literally the only customers in the drive thru and at the entire restaurant. Just went again, and a had bad experience this time too. Once again no one in the lobby or drive thru, and it took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us standing at the register to take our order. To make things worse they didn't honor their promo (NCAA slam dunk promo for free frosty and fries), that they were advertising with a sign right by the front door, which is the only reason we decided to go in the first place. Will very likely never go to a Wendy's resturant again cause the service is so bad, they don't honor their promotions, and the food just isn't good enough to put up with it. There are so many other better fast food restaurant to get food from anyways.

  They never answer there phone, I call cause they forgot my jr cheese burger only ketchup, I ordered bacon cheese fries they gave me chili cheese fries.

  Pulled up to the drive through. No one ever answered. After a few minutes of waiting and calling out I drove around to the window. The man said sorry he didn't have his mic on. When I told him I made an order on the app he said he didn't have any app orders. After a few more minute he said oh there it is. Then waited another 10 minutes for them to get me my food and the burger was made very sloppy and the fries were somehow still cold. Pretty disorganized place. Won't be returning there if I have any say in it
