- MMMicah McLellan1 day ago3.0This used to be my absolutely favorite Taco Bell location. I have been taking my family here for a number of years - the drive-thru has always been fast, and service has always been kind (like Chick-fil-A level kind)! Things have changed in recent history however. I've heard management speak unkindly to their employees, and even to their customers. Most notably (hence my updated review here), we got caught up in a unique situation. You see, my family had won a bunch of "free taco" and "free combo" cards for Christmas (they came from a charity event). My kids were each using one to order a free menu item. Terms and conditions on the back of the coupon said one per person per visit. This has never been a problem in the past, and in fact, we always order (and pay for) extra food as well. Well tonight, things were different. Management walked up to the cashier and then told us only 1 coupon per family - BUT if we weren't a family (say, a bunch of friends meeting up and using said coupons) it would be a different story... so logically, and in a twisted way, you could say that management doesn't like families LOL 😆 and it obviously doesn't have anything to do with losing money because we're still buying food as well... Such a weird change in policy (which seems to go against the coupon fine print anyway). I sure hope this Taco Bell location is able to turn things around in terms of management, and care for the employee and for the customer. I'll be sure to update my review again if things change...
