  Small place with nit the best seating. If you order online they don't check the slip for all items required so be sure you double check you got everything. All while looking at you like being there is an annoying fir them.

  Their burgers and smash tots are great! But the staff at the register both times we went there seemed liked they were both denied PTO the day they worked. Very unengaged and just walked away for minutes at a time when we said we needed just a moment. We even saw one customer walk right out when no one came up to the register to help her after a few minutes.

  It was just bad I think I just officially gave up on one of my past favorite burger places. Nobody at the register when I came in, and It wasn't because they were walking around cleaning. Rung up something completely different than what I asked for. Since the screen on the customer side wasn't working right, I couldn't tell what they rung up. I only knew the price was wrong. After pointing on my phone what I actually asked for they rung it up and they still managed to get it wrong. Because the register screen wasn't working right I couldn't see this. In the end I got the wrong food. There was still more than 2 hours before close and they already had the back half and the sidewall seats chairs up on the tables. Of the tables that you were able to sit at most of them didn't even have napkins in the napkin holders. The center menu board was blank making it hard to really decide what you want.

  Employees cant seem to get orders right. Seemed like no one knew what they were doing, people getting wrong orders. Food was good but order were unorganized. Mixed up dine in and take out orders.

  They get 1 star because 0 isn't an option. I walked into a building with 4 people sitting at tables and one other person in line. In the distance, three employees shuffled around in the kitchen, discussing how to place fries in a bag. After about 5 minutes of waiting in awkward silence, one of the employees accidentally looked toward the line formed at the register, but they quickly averted their gaze. As several more minutes passed, I walked away from the register to inquire as to if they were accepting walk in orders, as they employees had thus far been seemingly actively avoiding customer interaction with the patrons present. I was met with sarcasm and disdain for daring to address these kings and queens of fast food. Save your time, panda express is across the street.
