- EPE J PMar 13, 20261.0Sadly, I will not be surprised when this location shuts down. The customer service from the leadership and staff on duty really stinks. I placed an online order and received the wrong breakfast sandwiches. Instead of replacing my same order, I was offered a Pick 2 credit. I don't usually eat lunch at Panera. I also tried placing another online order on a different day for breakfast at 10am and the website displayed the breakfast items are unavailable even though breakfast ends at 10:30. I call the store and asked the employee what time breakfast ends, she confirmed 10:30 and I let her know the website is not allowing orders. I then ask to place an order for pickup with her at 10:10am and she responded "I can't do that." Unbelievable that this is the new low for restaurants who are struggling to survive. No thank you. 👎
