If someone removes something from an item it’s because they don’t want it on there. Why is it OK to just not follow a customers request? Thankfully they are easy to remove and them touching things isn’t a big deal but damn, we didn’t want them in there, took the time to remove them from the order. Why go out of your way to put them on? Also, everyone who works there looks miserable

Manager is sitting in the lobby doing what appears to be a schedule, you have another employee (I’m assuming off the clock and off day) standing in the lobby talking to staff swearing, gets on the phone, and starts telling someone to shut up while swearing. The manager doesn’t say anything just lets it happen. Even- even if it’s my employees off day- I refuse for them to stand in front of guest being disrespectful and rude. This is a direct reflection of management and how they let staff run the store. Then to hear the manager ask if she was still yelling at him and she says yes and he response with “yeah I struggle with that.” And let’s her continue. Swearing and disrespect towards staff or management is 1000% unacceptable- especially with guest in the lobby. The food- cold but that’s not the important part here. Fix this store and the management at this location. Unbelievable that this was accepted.
