  This place needs to train their employee again. I came for a quick lunch at around 11am on a Saturday. The two servers were helping another family of four people before me. The two servers were in half sleep half conscious mode, so they were confused on what was next for the sandwiches making process. I think one particular guy was massaging each sandwich before he cut it :)) It took me 21mins to get my sub ( I knew the wait because I reviewed time stamp of a text that I sent right before I entered the store) Also, they advertised their new menu - nah, still same meat and sauces, just different names. Not a good experience at all.

  So I work a few stores down from this location and never had an issue until the last year (been working next to them for 3 years now) and the dude with the painted nails (don't remember his name) but he was NOT wearing gloves and reaching his grubby hands in all the containers and asked me if I had ever heard of hand washing when I called him out. Umm sir you're in the FOOD INDUSTRY during a pandemic and I watched you walk in the back room a bunch and touch your dirty sweatshirt. He clearly needs some sanitary training or leave the food industry bc that's absolutely disgusting . Threw my sandwich away when i got back to work. probably should've got a refund but i was so mad I just paid and left. DO NOT GO HERE.
