  Came in to place an order and got yelled at that they were only doing online orders. As who i assume is the manager yelling at people in lobby. After telling me its online only she went and sat on her phone in lobby. As I was sitting and putting in my order the took an order in house. They had enough staff to help in house and not force customers to do online. Being yelled at was not appreciated

  Tried to order online I guess it did not go through , the gal said you can reorder online and I said well I can just place my order with you , I asked for no mayo onions Ramona ketchup , pretty much plain cheeseburger add bacon , it was more expensive than order online , then when I got home 🏠 there was mayo onions tomato’s on my burger 🍔 and to top it off it was pink inside , I do not eat raw hamburger what a waste of $15 not happy

  I have a question about this place , says they close at 10 but I got here at 950 and doors were locked , are they supposed to do that ??? 👀👀👀

  Absolute horrible experience This was my first time trying this restaurant I placed my order and they brought out my brussel sprouts but not my burger she told me it wouldn't be too long until my burger was out but took the number from my table and then they totally forgot to make my burger while I was on my lunch break so I only had limited amount of time but then they started bringing everyone else that came in after me their food and so I asked them what was happening with my burger and she's like oh I'll go check, then comes out and asked me if I just want to refund her if I still want my burger , but then told her co-worker I wanted a refund cuz my burger was taking too long. That isn't true My burger wasn't taking too long it was totally forgotten about and then they acted like I shouldn't get a full refund for the whole meal after having such an awful experience they only refunded me for just the burger I will never eat at this place again super disappointed unapologetic attitudes didn't care if they get my business or not I can go elsewhere for sure! Also just about every table in there was dirty and there were plenty of people working so I don't understand what they were doing obviously not cleaning tables for the next customer gross!!

  I’m giving 4 stars because They messed up my order, but they get 4 stars because the service was excellent Mackenzie told me to come back tomorrow and she would cook a fresh burger for me. So I did and she even gave me a free soda and free fry with it as well. Very good managing. Thank you and will be back
