He grabbed a bag that had been on their expo line since I arrived. So I waited 30 minutes longer than I needed to, paid for cold food, and he gave me the wrong shakes for my order :) fabulous

First, we have eaten at this location 3 times and every time the place looks like a tornado went through it, dirty and disarray. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. This time we ordered 3 burgers, large fries, and shakes. Meat on the burger doesn't taste freshly cooked. Large fries also tasted old and had paper stuffed on the bottom of the container to make it look full but it wasn't, more like halfway full. Staff said that's how they do it??? Wish I took a picture before we returned it. Shakes are good so they earned the 2nd star. But not enough to keep me as a customer. Going to Five Guys next time I want a burger. Also, spent a good amount of time in the bathroom last night after eating from there :(
- JZJ ZDec 7, 20251.0I ordered 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. It's took 42 minutes for them to make it. There were 3 people on shift and only 2 other tables, all waiting for food. No sense of care. And all that waiting for McDonald's quality food. Stale buns, undercooked fries and extremely poor service. 25 minutes would've been pushing the limit. Maybe even 30 minutes. But 42 minutes for fast food?? For a place that only cooks hot dogs and burgers, I just can't explain how it takes that long. I never leave reviews, but this experience baffled me to the point that I had to call them out.
