Took them over an hour to deliver 1 sandwich down the road. I can't leave on my lunch break otherwise I'd go pick it up. But an hour for 1 sandwich? That's ridiculous

They don’t have their own delivery drivers. Twice now it’s taken over an hour to get a small order delivered to my address, which is only a mile away. I suggest pickup if you want your food within a reasonable time frame.

Jimmy John’s literally has the worst “rewards” programs ever! Though their sandwiches are really delicious, you gotta spend hundreds of dollars to get something small as a cookie for free. And if you don’t redeem the reward within their provided timeframe, you lose it. they are the definition of highway robbery. I’m deleting the app and not shopping there anymore.Super expensive with little-to-no rewards.
