Once I got to the window I was met by someone who was completely confused not sure what my total was and once he got my order, he gave it to me with ice cream dripping completely out of the cup and on my car. I asked him to put a top on it. He puts a top on it and it is dripping still down the sides and is rising above the lid so once I take the lid off of the blizzard, it is going to be a complete mess. This isn’t the 1st or second time this has happened.

We weren’t greeted right away, most staff just stared at us and didn’t greet us, took about 8 minutes to initiate our order, and only one person was in line before us to pick up a mobile order that wasn’t ready yet. Two groups came in after us and left before us and one person was there when we arrived and was waiting for over 10 minutes for part of his order he hadn’t received. Multiple staff wandered in front of the registers and back into the kitchen area while we were standing for 20 minutes waiting for food and didn’t bother to check what we were waiting for. Someone was working behind a wall frustrated and cursing loudly so the dining area could hear. I don’t know what the 6-7 staff were doing behind the wall, but they were not helping the customers out front. Finally a girl, who was polite and apologetic, did help us and was very nice. But we won’t be returning there. (For the record, I didn’t have chocolate in my blizzard.)
