One tasted very good and how it should be and the other was watered down almost and didn't taste good. My husband and I often get the same drinks and will find this occasionally occurs. Is frustrating to have inconsistent product when paying good money and tipping on every order. I may need to consider trying another coffee shop in the future. I feel like the recipes for routine beverages such as these should able to be executed correctly and consistently every time.

For some reason, when I ordered from the app this morning, it placed my order with a different Caribou (which is my fault for not double checking). I didn't want to go to the other Caribou to get my order since I was on my way to work so I asked if I could just re-order it here. The lady at the window made it for me at no charge. She didn't have to do that and it was very nice of her. I felt bad that I didn't have any cash to tip but I will tip extra next time I (correctly) order from this location.
