Picked up an order and was treated horribly. An employee was rude and even told me to have a terrible day, while her other co-workers laughed. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable, hope this employee finds help.

I specified my order 3 times and specifically said leave room all 3 times so that it was correct and when I got my drink there was no room and wayyyyyyy too much heavy cream. It was supposed to be a hot americano and it turned into a thick textured room temperature blah I couldn’t even drink
