  I have a child on the spectrum frequent your Buffalo establishment a lot since your chicken nuggets are one of my son's safe foods .4cents a week is being stolen from me because you don't want to make your menu prices even but yet still collecting pennies from paying customers but not handing them out at all because you guys don't have any pennies anymore that definitely is not my problem it's like $1.60 each month that you're stealing from me and it's just okay because it's just a penny right stealing isn't stealing until you get caught right that's kind of the logic that I'm seeing and your guys's prices so just wanted to put that out there I'm highly disappointed just make stuff right and fair you guys literally are one of the biggest fast food chains out there you have billions of dollars you're sitting on but you're stealing from everyone make it make sense.

  Everytime I order a dessert(pie or cookies) through the app they're never given to me. This is the 3rd time it has happened!!!!

  Dont even waste your time going here. Literally a waste of money. 🤮🤮🤮 the guy handing out food last night and the guy handing out food this morning are horrible employees. I would ask for my money back, but dont feel like waiting extra min. Already got a burnt sandwich and cold hashbrown with a crappy Carmel frappe. Would not recommend. Drive to Monticello, its worth the gas.

  I’ve never left a google review in my life, but I couldn’t not at this point. Every single time I’ve had fries at this McDonald’s they are cold, soggy and clearly been sitting out for some time. I’ve even tried ordering without salt and it’s the same. Call me a Karen, but it’s really disappointing when you’re paying a ridiculous amount of money to receive something inedible.

  The staff, including managers at this McDonald's are awful! To everyone, not just me. No manners, no please, no thank you. The drive thru cashier was upset I didn't have 2 pennies so she had to count out my change which clearly upset her. Pull up to the second window and asked to speak to a manager this time. Huge mistake! Didn't bother to listen to her employee who was trying to explain the situation but yelled at her instead, then looked at me and said "yea what". I simply said " a please and thank you go along way". Then of course got parked. I can't believe how people treat others at this location. I feel terrible for that employee that was elderly who got yelled at for no reason. Every time we go here, there's an issue. Between ALWAYS being parked, completely wrong food, and terrible attitudes, this place needs to SHUT down.
