Horrible.
I’ve lived in Buffalo for eight years. First time I went to Subway and they completely skimped on everything, avoid this restaurant at all costs.!!!

I have gone to a lot of subways in my life and this is by far the worst location I've ever dealt with. I've had issues with them on and off throughout the years with them not getting the orders correct but, I haven't ordered from them in years and I finally tried to do delivery with doordash and then they take a really long time to make the order and then the delivery driver says that they weren't even that busy and I asked about the drinks and cups and she said they didn't give her any and I would have to call them. So not only are they purposely slow they didn't give us our drinks or the Happy Gilmore cups that we paid for. I called their store and their phone number doesn't work so my husband had to walk down there. I will be reporting this location for not having a working phone number. Very unprofessional. I will take my business to other Subway's from now on.
