  Pulled up to the delivery window 15 minutes after the estimated pickup time because its never ready by the website estimate. The old grouch at the window asked for the name on the order which I gave, then she started yelling at me about how it was a big order, she just got it, I shouldn't expect for it to be ready, and to drive around and get in line again. I literally just said the name of the order nothing else, no complaing no upset face- nothing. So I drive around and the drive through is empty so im back at the window patiently waiting, I didn't care if it wasn't ready but i didn't expect to get yelled at showing up 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. So when my order is ready she opens the window and shoves two bags out and as I was saying thank you she slams the window. It was the most bizarre moment I've ever had by just saying the name on my order. I was a little afraid eating my food after that. Last time im paying 50 bucks to get yelled at for burritos!

  Been here a few times giving it the benefit of the doubt most recently went there 4/14/26 fast forward to the 16th everyone has been home in my family with food poisoning from the place this is the fourth time now we have gotten food poising from here not to mention they absolutely screw you on portions had to pay for double meat for still less meat then any other chipotle would give you on a regular portion, im done giving this place the benefit of the doubt I will be contacted the health department as well due to how filthy this resturant is, I would never recommend this location to anyone drive to monticello or save your money

  I don't normally place mobile orders but I was in a hurry and trying to save time. Arrived a few minutes before pickup time and waited for an alert on my phone. The time came and went and I went in to see if it was ready. I saw that there were other people waiting as well so I grabbed a seat to wait. Ten minutes past beyond pickup time and one of the workers came out to the three of us waiting asking if we had been helped or 'checked in'? I said I was waiting for mobile order and that I had never had to 'check in' before. Only come in and pick up my order. She told us all quite curtly that we absolutely had to check in. Once we did she came out to let us know the order in which out food would be ready. Mind you. At this point there were at least 7-8 people who had gone through the normal line and left the resteraunt by then. I ended up by waiting 25 minutes past my pickup time for my food. I got a thanks for waiting. What else was I supposed to do. Cancelling isn't an option. I don't think I'll order mobile from their location again.

  I was glad to finally get a Chipotle in Buffalo. However, the service is truly terrible. The older female employee was crabby and short tempered. They were out of steak and when I said I would wait, another employee brought me half a serving from the back. The guacamole was visibly brown. When I asked for my receipt, the employee pulled it out of the trash.

  We were so excited to get a chipotle in our small town and the few times I have been there. The room is so dirty food on the floor. It just doesn’t feel right… The food is good but they need to have somebody keep up with the daily cleaning and wiping down tables and chair chairs the floor was super sticky.
