  Should be closed. Place is falling apart. Staff is not knowledgeable. Incompetent. No ice in the soda machine for weeks. Many choices are depleted. Also for weeks with apparently no hurry to fix the very easy things to make customers happy. Staff takes 20/25 minutes to help a handful of people in the restaurant. Been a big fan of Wendy’s my whole life. This is by far the worst location I’ve been to. Oh wow I will also add the most simple thing to keep stocked. Ketchup. Place has no Ketchup either. I can only imagine what else is out of stock. Will be contacting Corporate. Again this place should not be open.

  One price listed on the menu and another price on the computer. I was charged 20 cents more than the posted price which is unlawful. The manager was unwilling to do anything to fix the issue. Posted was 3.99 and I was charged 4.19.

  Not open 24 hours, night staff be lying about being closed so they can sit around and still get paid. Y'all are in there the entire night every night but every night between midnight and 5am, “Yeah we’re closed” as soon as you pull into the drive through.

  March madness equals wendys incompetence. Epic dunk during championship game earned by everyone a fresh fry and frosty. The coupon clearly says no purchase necessary. The limited vocabulary person working the drive through wouldnt homor it and said the boss said you have to make a purchase. Asked for the boss and was given the silent Treatment. I know the customet aint always right but you need except the fact that your wrong. You advertisement needs to be changed and untill than honor your coupon. Lost a customer for awhile. All over poor service and lies. Should het get reimbursed for wasting the gas on false claims. I checked at three other locations and all said its free. No purchase necessary. If you dont want to participate than dont. Its a fun way to get customers in establishment and treatvem right and make future sales. Not scam a a dollar out of us.

  This is a 24 hour location. My friends have gone here plenty of times in the middle of the night and received excellent service. Me? I arrive at 3:45 Am in the drive thru and I hear over the speaker that they are closed for 2 1/2 hours. That's right. No third shift lunch for me. I wasted precious gas to get there, as well as my 30 minutes of lunch getting there and back. But the most aggravating thing is the big poster on the front window that says Open 24 hours. And that Google listed them as 24 hours. I'm still irritated. If you are headed here after 3 Am, I'd call first.
