  This place sucks at getting you all of your food, I’d say about only 20% of the time do we not have to ask for a refund or for something that was missed if we check before we leave. ALWAYS check your whole order before driving away.

  Taco Bell Defy really put in work to defy basic expectations. Gave me a small coffee when a medium is the bare minimum - got a small like we’re doing portion control now? Cool. Love that for me. Then somehow they ran out of rice AND ice… at Taco Bell. I didn’t even know that was possible. What’s next, no tortillas? And the fancy scanner? Couldn’t even read through my screen protector, so I had to peel it off like a pair of swaeaty socks. All that for $16?? For beans??

  April 3rd, Friday @ 8:50pm. young lady who worked the drive thru literally made my entire night. not only was my order correct with all the modifications, her positive attitude and jolly personality legitimately made me so happy. she left such a positive and strong impression. i hope she continues to thrive and is blessed in all of her endeavors. she the birthday fasho.

  Ordered on the app and had a mistake where it had ordered to the wrong store nearly 40mins away (this store) so I called the store to have the order cancelled of course. Called once, no answer. Ok maybe they’re busy, call again. Nothing… on the 3rd call I finally connected to someone and was met with nothing but rudeness and no help. Asked if we could refund it, said he was too “busy to help” and to “call corporate” and told us to “have a nice day” in a very flat and annoyed tone

  Placed a mobile order unfortunately for the incorrect store (here) noticed literally immediately. Called the store three times only to be answered on the third ring and told they cannot provide me with a refund because they were "too busy". You dont even have a lobby. It takes maybe five minutes maximum to send a refund out to someone. I was told that i had to contact corporate. So i did. Awful customer service.
