    Ordered on DoorDash. Ordered 3 applesauce, they only had one available. Asked for two of them to be replaced with ONE bag of chips. Subway told the dasher they can only be replaced with milk.. WHAT? Milk is not a side, it’s a drink. Bag of chips is equal in price to one applesauce. How does this replacement make sense?

    During my visit, one of the employees refused to make my sandwich the way I requested. I asked for the vegetables to be added before the sauces, as I always prefer. The worker insisted that, according to a “new Subway policy,” sauces must be added first. When I questioned this, the employee was rude and refused to prepare my sandwich as I requested. The worker then called a supervisor from another location, who also told me that this was a new company-wide policy. However, after checking online, I could not find any mention of such a rule on Subway’s official website or other sources. I have always enjoyed Subway because I could customize my sandwich the way I like. This experience was very disappointing, and the employee’s attitude made it worse. Could you please confirm whether Subway has a policy that requires sauce to be added before vegetables? I would also appreciate it if you could address this issue with the staff at this location to ensure customers are treated respectfully and allowed to customize their sandwiches as advertised.

    The male employee was rude and he doesn't even know how to fold the bread. Tables and bathroom were dirty and there was no soap.

    Subway is an okay place. This location is fine. But on the whole, you are getting a pile of highly processed food to store in your gut. Do you want that? I found few alternative options available on the menu.
