I will say I miss the interaction of people. The ordering and paying process is a total turn off for me personally. Some people may like it and it does eliminate "screw ups" o n orders because you do all the work yourself. But I personally find it very unwelcoming and I feel it limits your customer base. Not everyone likes trying to navigate an unfamiliar tablet, under pressure while others are waiting. Again, some people may love it. I personally do not.

I called and was a little rude honestly because I was sick but the manager Gage (I think) was absolutely wonderful and validated my concerns and by the end of the call, I was apologizing- They were so kind! Since I was sick, they even threw in some soup and a pastry. Some may say since they messed up, they don’t deserve five stars, but they went above and beyond in rectifying it!
