When they finally started handing me my stuff, they told me they didn’t have vinaigrette for my salad, no baked potatos, and can’t refund me. My order was completely wrong (regular nuggets, not spicy, blue cheese on salad when requested no blue cheese through app, only thing they did get right was the fries) I contacted customer support from app and they told me to get refund from the store, even then they’re refusing my refund. I called about my order and the guy that answered was very rude and got mad that I said I have the receipt that shows exactly what I ordered and how I ordered, so he hung up on me. Very bad experience. Not the first time my mobile orders take forever to be done, they have a full staff (there’s 3 or 4 people at the window arguing about who’s doing what), yet orders get messed up and take way too long to receive.
